Pay: $75-$85K

Job Purpose:
Lead and execute HR administrative operations across multiple Client Service Centers. This role ensures consistent application of HR policies, supports high-volume staffing and onboarding, maintains accurate HR documentation, and coordinates employee programs and events. The Senior Admin HR Manager will partner with local HR and Operations to drive compliance, service delivery, and employee experience. To be successful, the individual must have experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paychex), flexibility for last-minute travel, and availability during blackout months (October–February). Ultimately, this role helps client attract, hire, develop, and retain qualified employees through strong administrative execution and
project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Site HR Administration:
Oversee HR operations across multiple service centers, ensuring consistent onboarding, compliance documentation, personnel file management, and benefits coordination.
Event Planning & Employee Experience:
Plan, coordinate, and communicate holiday events and recognition programs across all service centers, aligning with local HR teams and Operations for timelines, agendas,
vendors, and logistics.
Project Management:
Lead and track HR projects (policy rollouts, process improvements, audits) with clear timelines and stakeholder communication.
Travel & Peak Period Coverage:
Support last-minute travel demands and be available during blackout months (October–February) for seasonal workload and events.
HR Systems and Reporting:
Leverage experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paychex) to maintain accurate employee data and generate reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, cost-per-hire).
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure HR procedures comply with federal, state, and local laws; manage multi-state compliance including California CFRA/FMLA.
Policy and SOP Execution:
Implement company policies and SOPs that promote a healthy work environment; train local HR staff and managers.
Agency and Talent Support:
Work with staffing agencies; support recruiting operations; execute incentive and recruitment plans.
Budget and Vendor Coordination:
Support multiple HR programs; coordinate vendor contracts for events and HR services.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Gather structured feedback from teams post-events and HR initiatives; convert insights into process improvements.
Employee Relations Support:
Ensure HR addresses employee requests and complaints timely; escalate complex emergency matters to HR leadership.
Audit and Documentation:
Maintain complete, accurate HR documentation; prepare for audits; oversee retention schedules in all service centers.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years in HR administration or HR operations with multi-location responsibility;
Distribution/Logistics experience preferred.
Education :Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paychex); strong Excel/reporting skills.
Compliance Expertise: Working knowledge of multi-state employment law, including FMLA and California
CFRA.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods.
Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse/distribution center environment.
Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with temperature variations.
Ability to travel frequently, including short-notice trips.
