Mechanical Project Manager, PE
Mechanical Project Manager position in Los Angeles, CA
We are a large, growing MEP Design Engineering company that specializes in commercial engineering and design projects throughout California. We have expertise in LEED/Green projects and a vast array of projects in Healthcare (OSHPD), Commercial, Education, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Build conceptual design for wet/dry HVAC System
- Confirm accurate calculations that exceed CA building and Title 24 requirements
- Train and support Junior- and Mid- Engineers to help them
- Meet with clients’ active projects to ensure we are meeting time and budget requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- PE License
- LEED AP Certification
- Familiar with CA Building Codes
Technical Requirements:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Trane Trace 700
- Carrier HAP
- eQuest
