Assembly / Wire Technician

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Assembly / Wire Technician to join a growing manufacturing team! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly or wiring experience who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, fast-paced production environment. Experience with electrical assembly, wire cutting, or control panels is a plus!

Shift:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime Available
Temporary Position

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires according to specifications
• Route and organize wire harnesses, cables, and electrical assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Assemble control panels and related equipment while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and identify any defects or discrepancies
• Use measuring and testing equipment, including multimeters, as needed
• Troubleshoot basic assembly and wiring issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly, electrical assembly, wire harness, cable assembly, or control panel assembly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
