The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and food safety protocols. This position requires a strong understanding of sanitation practices within the food industry, as well as the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all production areas, equipment, and tools according to established sanitation schedules. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and CGMP standards during all sanitation processes. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in packaging areas to prevent contamination during food production. Assist in the implementation of sanitation procedures and protocols to uphold food safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety practices. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and CGMP practices related to food safety. Experience in food production or processing environments is highly desirable. Strong understanding of sanitation methods and procedures applicable in a manufacturing setting.;
