Our client in the Irvine area is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support their Talent Acquisition team during a short-term project. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, and operational positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Manage offer preparation, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular recruiting updates to hiring managers and leadership. Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Assist with recruiting-related projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. Qualifications: 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or operational positions. Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
