HVAC Project Manager
Senior Project Manager-HVAC position in Irvine, CA
We are a large, growing mechanical contractor currently hiring a Senior Project Manager in our Orange County office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sub-contractors
- Lead our portion of project coordination meetings
- Review vendor bids and PO's
- Track RFI's, submittals and schedules
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of Mechanical (HVAC) Project Management experience
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction or similar
- Familiarity with CA Building Codes
- Great computer and communications skills
