What You'll Be Doing:

Website Development & Optimization:

• Lead development in WordPress and Webflow to create responsive, fast, and scalable websites.

Own Our MarTech Stack

• Be the go-to expert for Zapier , Salesforce , CallRail , and more.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve integrations that power our lead gen machines.

Automation & API Integrations:

• Build powerful workflows and seamless data connections between platforms using Zapier and custom APIs.

UX-Driven Solutions:

• Collaborate with the design team to enhance user experience and drive conversions .

Project Management in Asana:

• Independently manage your development projects from planning to launch - no micromanagement here.

Process Documentation (SOPs):

• Create clear, repeatable systems to streamline development and maintain high-quality standards.

AI Tool Utilization:

• Utilize innovative AI tools to enhance your workflow and boost productivity.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Expertise in WordPress (required) and Webflow (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager , UTMs , CallRail , and lead tracking.
• Proven Zapier expert - from workflows to advanced troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and lead flow optimization.
• Clear understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
• Fluent in managing projects in Asana or similar PM tools.
• Experience writing and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
• A self-starter mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
