Litigation Associate – Construction
Impact Bridge is partnering with a regionally recognized law firm to identify a Litigation Associate to join a collaborative and well-supported disputes practice with a focus on construction-related matters.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for an associate who enjoys litigation, values teamwork, and is seeking meaningful involvement in active matters. The associate will work closely with senior attorneys and peers on complex disputes, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of litigation.
The firm offers an environment where associates are entrusted with real responsibility, encouraged to sharpen their litigation skills, and supported as they grow professionally over time.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, and other substantive filings
- Assist with case strategy, factual development, and client communications
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Maintain organized case files and support litigation logistics
Ideal Candidate
- Prior litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Exposure to construction-related disputes is a plus
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced setting
- Professional, collegial, and collaborative approach
