What You'll Do:

• Knows business dynamics and applies this knowledge to contribute to improvement projects.
• Understands supply chain processes related to the core job.
• Reports on key performance indicators, draws insights and leverages them to set actions for the team.
• Communicates effectively.
• Method & frequency in line with urgency and importance.
• Actively maintains relationships with direct counterparts at own level.
• Provides support to the senior business planner in the stakeholder management by arranging meetings, events and supporting materials.
• Solves problems in a structured way.
• Standardizes own work.
• Leads small initiatives and contributes to projects led by others.
• Acts as buddy for new hires joining the team.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree (Msc) in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in working with process frameworks and improvement tools and techniques.
