Associate Researcher

*PART TIME POSITION (20-30 hours a week)

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Researcher:

• Collaborate with our client's Global Research Operations team to ensure seamless execution of research studies, including scheduling and participant recruitment.

• Assist in designing and setting up tests and surveys for playtests, ensuring they align with research requirements.

• Conduct usability studies and playtests by moderating sessions, observing participants, and compiling actionable insights.

• Support researchers in creating clear and concise research reports by compiling and analyzing results.

• Facilitate group discussions with players and assist in the overall execution of user-tests, including setup and post-test clean-up.

Required Skills for Associate Researcher:

• At least 6 months of experience in user research or group discussion moderation.

• Familiarity with VALORANT or a strong understanding of its systems and language.

• Proficiency with survey software such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Question Pro.

• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work in-person at our client's Los Angeles office.
