Workforce Solutions Rewards Director (San Francisco)

You will work closely with clients to analyse their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and equitable compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and attractive benefits packages.

The Opportunity
As part of the People and Organisation - Reward team, you will lead large-scale engagements and manage client accounts in a dynamic environment. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain high-level client relationships. Your responsibilities include defining engagement scope, developing frameworks, and managing resources and expectations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Certifications like CPA, PHR, CFP, CFA, CCP, or CEP.
- Proven proficiency in managing client accounts, developing engagement frameworks, and building executive relationships.
- Strong communication skills and market awareness.
- Experience in leveraging firm resources for business development.
- Leadership in research and industry trends.
