The Opportunity

As part of the People and Organisation - Reward team, you will lead large-scale engagements and manage client accounts in a dynamic environment. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain high-level client relationships. Your responsibilities include defining engagement scope, developing frameworks, and managing resources and expectations.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Certifications like CPA, PHR, CFP, CFA, CCP, or CEP.
• Proven proficiency in managing client accounts, developing engagement frameworks, and building executive relationships.
• Strong communication skills and market awareness.
• Experience in leveraging firm resources for business development.
