Job Type: Part-time Pay Range: $18- $22 per hour Job Location: Van Nuys Ca.

We are seeking a growth minded Physical Therapy Aide/Front Desk person to come join our hospital team in Van Nuys, CA. This position will include PT Aide and some front desk duties. Ideal candidate will have physical therapy aide experience, be computer savy with Excel, be able to answer phones, and have great customer service skills. This position is for the outpatient department within our hospital. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 6:30am - 3pm.

You’ll achieve success by:

• Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.
• Escort patients to and from treatment rooms, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Support patients during exercises and therapeutic activities under therapists' guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent of
• 6 months of physical therapy aide experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software preferred
• Good phone etiquette
• Current BLS Certification
