Chanel Senior Manager, People & Organization - Pacific Northwest

- Prior HR experience within a Retail/Wholesale environment preferred, with a passion for working regularly on-site in a retail environment.
- Employee relations experience.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to prioritize.
- Comfort with HRIS systems (such as Workday) and performing basic analysis in Excel.
- 7 + years of core HR (HR Generalist) experience required
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Ability to be in-boutique three (3) days per week. The structure will typically consist of 2 days in San Francisco and 1 day in Palo Alto or Valley Fair, though the exact time in each location will fluctuate based on business needs.
- Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is$87,500 through $145,000. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits,and/orperks.
