Ops Admin Call Center Supervisor (Los Angeles)

* Ops Admin Call Center Supervisor (Los Angeles)
· Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound customer service calls
· Appropriately communicate with customers, identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
· Responsible for administrative aspects of opening new deposit accounts online
· Any tasks as assigned to the Call Center
· Previous customer service experience is preferred
· Strong verbal communication
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· The base hourly range for this full-time position is $22.00-$29.00
