Jobsite Management Specialist
Driving jobsite performance and customer value through proactive engagement and a service-driven approach.
The Jobsite Management Specialist delivers the Hilti Jobsite Management Program to strategic customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and success on-site. By building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying add-on opportunities, this role drives growth and enhances the overall customer experience.
What You'll do
- Manage daily tool and consumable use across 6-10 jobsites consisting of a minimum of 3,000 tool components, and up to 50+ consumable gang boxes, by leveraging SAP and Hilti’s ON!Track software
- Develop site relationships to drive additional tool sales throughout the construction cycle
- Drive increased revenue of consumables and inserts through managing each phase of the construction process through collaboration with key onsite contacts
- Collaborate with key onsite decision makers to find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs
- Discuss and demonstrate key new INP tools for awareness and increase in sales
- Draft daily tool, consumable, and service use orders for the customer purchasing team and coordinate with Hilti back office operations regarding any changes
- Partner with Hilti Store to maintain pre-determined min/max stock levels to support jobsites
- Establish protocols and manage daily deliveries to multiple jobsites to the end user on each jobsite
- Share jobsite relevant information with key Hilti resources (Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) as primary focus is identification of add-on sales and service opportunities
- Provide on-site tool cleaning and repair services, and manage and process off-site repair orders, as needed
- Coordinate jobsite visits between Hilti team members and key local customer contacts (General Contractor, Superintendents, Project Managers, etc.) to assist in managing critical relationships and maintain jobsite efficiencies

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent, required o Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum two (2) years’ job site experience or Hilti Channels experience, preferred o Basic understanding of Hilti order entry and inventory control processes, preferred
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and service interactions, required
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, required; Ability to interact with multiple departments at all levels of seniority
- Experience with web-based software (SAP and ON!Track), preferred
- Mechanical inclination, preferred

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for this particular job posting. Please be advised that a different location may result in a different range. At Hilti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $57,000 - $63,000 with bonus at target of $4,000 - $4,500Why Hilti
