Steadfast Security, Inc. is launching a new high-profile assignment & we are seeking top-tier security professionals who go beyond traditional guarding.
This is not your standard security role — we are looking for individuals who embody a concierge-level presence: polished, professional, and highly customer-service oriented.
Open Positions:
- Security Officers
- Shift Leads
- Post Commanders
Pay Range: $19 – $26/hour (based on experience and role)
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean-cut, professional appearance (suit/coat-level presentation)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, approachable, and polished demeanor
- Ability to engage with clients, tenants, and guests professionally
- High level of situational awareness and accountability
- Prior experience in hospitality, concierge, or high-end security is a plus
- Active up to date Guard card
- Reliable and punctual
