Residential foreman:

• Need to speak, read and write in English
• Min. 3 years of experience in residential installation required
• Having proper tools
• Installation of Lennox split systems
• Installation of roof top package units
• Installation of ductless split systems
• Basic thermostat wiring, programing and start up
• Copper welding and flare nut skill
• To be able to flush copper lines, vacuum and add refrigerant
• Duct work including flexible, sheet metal and spiral
• Drain piping, gas piping and Flue vents including sheet metal double wall and PVC
• To be able to communicate with the sales man, home owner and warehouse

Residential helper:

• Need to speak and understand basic conversation
• At least 1 year of experience in residential installation
• Having proper tools
• Installation of flexible duct work, T-Ys, dampers, boot boxes
• To be able to communicate with foreman and follow his instructions

Commercial foreman:

• Need to speak, read and write in English
• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial installation
• Should be able to read and understand blue prints
• Having proper tools
• Installation of different type split systems
• Installation of roof top package units
• Installation of ductless split systems
• Basic thermostat wiring, programing and start up
• Copper welding and flare nut skill
• To be able to flush copper lines, vacuum and add refrigerant
• Duct work including flexible, sheet metal and spiral
• Installation of fire dampers, smoke fire dampers, duct smoke detectors
• Drain piping, gas piping and Flue vents including sheet metal double wall and PVC
• To be able to order to sheet metal shop and coordination with warehouse

Commercial helper:

• Need to speak and understand basic conversation
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial installation
• Having proper tools
• Installation of spiral, sheet metal and flexible duct work, T-Ys, dampers and boot boxes
• To be able to communicate with foreman and follow his instructions

Experience:

• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
