Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Sales Representative. This role plays a crucial part in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our members while driving sales and membership growth.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:Greet and assist members with enthusiasm and professionalism.Manage check-ins, provide facility tours, and ensure a smooth member experience.Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services.

Sales and Memberships:Actively engage with potential members, promoting our services.Conduct membership sales, including explaining membership options and benefits.Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Administrative Tasks:Assist in maintaining accurate member records and databases.Handle transactions, process payments.Collaborate with other management and other team members to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities effectively.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Proficient in using basic computer software and fitness center management systems.
