Overview: As an Associate Store manager, you will successfully facilitate operations to meet business goals for the a.Bohemia & The Wolves brand, exhibit an exceptional service culture, handle human resources, and promote associate growth. Working alongside Logistics Officer and Event Producer, you'll operate and comply with loss prevention measures, and show visual merchandise with the utmost integrity. You are a dynamic and motivating leader with a proven track record of fostering relationships with both internal and external clients. It is expected of you as the Associate Store Manager to promote the goals and values of the brand in the marketplace, acting as the company's ambassador.

Role:

Together with the Logistics Officer, drive and optimize sales performance to continuously meet the goals set forth in the overall sales budget, all the while maintaining operational integrity and keeping an eye on monthly profitability.

Educate and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy by partnering with the appropriate internal departments for product support.

Represent the a.Bohemia & The Wolves' brand by dressing appropriately and acting in a way that complies with business grooming guidelines.

Together with Event Producer, lead the team to consistently establish relationships and propose local events through continuous networking.

Gather valuable consumer information in order to establish connections and tailor upcoming client growth possibilities. Observe the monthly reporting from the CRM database.

Partner with the Logistics Officer and Executive team to recap monthly store performance in end-of-month format and reporting current business trends to cover every aspect of the business, including competitor performance.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Manage store inventory and ensure proper stock levels.

Supervise and train store staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sale techniques.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.

Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training development programs.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store's appearance.

Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Handle daily shipments and goods requests coming in and going out.

Provide correct monthly schedules by assessing peak hours.

Support and enforce the visual merchandising guidelines established by the global headquarters

Keep all corporate assets fully organized in accordance with the front- and back-of-house procedures specified by headquarters.

Establishes and carries out the House's non-media and media strategies. You are in charge of showcasing the group's accomplishments, goods, and brand image to multiple media platforms.

Requirements:

Passion for the Fashion Industry.

Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, or service related industry.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Elevated standards of morality, expertise, honesty, and capacity to build a team's trust

The ability to evaluate sales records, spot industry trends, and respond swiftly to the demands of the company.

Capacity to oversee several jobs in an intense environment

Experience:- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.- Expert in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.- Experience in supervising and educating staff members.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Multilingual skills are a plus

- Strong Social media knowledge

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
