The Web Streaming Quality Engineering Media team at Apple ensures that customers get the best experience when watching movies and listening to music on a variety of devices and applications including Apple Music, and Apple TV+, and 3rd party apps on various web platforms (smart TV's, browsers, etc). We maintain the high quality standards that Apple is known for while focusing on the future of streaming. We are looking for a strong Javascript Developer with experience in Node.js and TypeScript to maintain our automation infrastructure. • Software development experience in JavaScript or Typescript
• Excellent analytical, programming and debugging skills
• Interest in video streaming and product quality
• Experience with git, Node.js, Typescript

Description Tools & Automation Engineer is responsible for crafting and implementing solutions that automate playback scenarios on diverse web based devices. You will also ensure we ship products that are free of bugs by writing test plans, scoping testing work and performing some manual testing while building the test infrastructure. Education & Experience BS or MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent Additional Requirements

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,400.00 and $199,500.00 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
