Job Title : Certified Medical Assistant (Front & Back Office)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Fully On-Site)
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18 $21 per hour
Experience: Open to New Graduates

We are currently hiring on behalf of a well-established Medical Spa in Los Angeles that is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for new grads or experienced professionals who are passionate about both patient care and wellness.
Position Overview :
We're seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to support both front and back office functions. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoys working directly with patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform front and back office duties including patient intake and checkout
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling
- Verify and check insurance eligibility and coverage
- Conduct blood draws and EKGs as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients and guests
- Assist with upselling wellness and spa-related products/services
- Support clinical and administrative teams
- Utilize bilingual communication skills when needed (Spanish preferred)
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Valid CPR and/or BLS certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
