Customer Service Representative - Remote
We are seeking a Remote Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our international customers.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone in Norwegian and English
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and technical issues
- Resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborating with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Skills Needed
- Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
