Job Description

Cintas is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. Responsibilities include managing the location's operations while implementing appropriate Cintas policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing the team; managing the overall performance of the operation; providing leadership; dealing with customer service and operational issues; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving location goals; managing a budget; establishing immediate and long-range goals and objectives; training team members on company safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations and emphasizing a culture of safety.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 1 year management experience, including P&L management
• Minimum 2 years' customer service experience (or equivalent)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $98,820 - $128,100/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
