Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families to promote wellness and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
• Active certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through an accredited certifying body.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and healthcare protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
