Guaranteed hours: 8 hours per day
OT to apply after 9 hours per day We are looking for 1-2 providers who can cover the dates below. Provider will be expected to cover both clinic and call coverage during these stints. Provider will be expected to be in clinic and on call from 830am-5pm on weekdays (this will be billed at the regular hourly rate, call responsibility during the day is included in that regular rate paid). They will then be on night call from 5pm-8:30am the next day (billed at the night call rate). Weekends will be 24hr call coverage. We would like to note they may not be in clinic all 5 days during the dates listed but it is a possibility. May 17-25

Active CA License and CA DEA
Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency We will need providers to submit during the privileging process 100 cases within the past 24 months specific to the privileges being requested.
