About the Opportunity
We are partnering with our long-term client to identify a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Human Resources team. This role will play a key part in keeping the HR department running smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling, document preparation, and general office coordination

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR files with a high level of confidentiality

  • Support interview scheduling and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers

  • Prepare employment verifications, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence

  • Assist with data entry and reporting within HRIS and Excel

  • Track and organize HR documents, compliance records, and internal reports

  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes as needed

  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR team member

  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting an HR or office environment

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
