Director of Client Partnerships - Remote
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and effectively communicate the unique value of our services.
Create comprehensive, cross-platform media strategies that integrate digital presence, premium print content, and influencer-driven initiatives, delivering immersive, multi-touchpoint campaigns.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (editorial, content creators, production) to craft compelling presentations and proposals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to position our firm as a leader in motorsports media.
Utilize CRM tools to track account progress, forecast sales, and maintain strong client communication.
Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen client relationships. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in advertising media sales.
5+ years of strategic media sales experience, with a proven track record in consultative sales. Familiarity with motorsports is a plus.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, especially executives and decision-makers.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex media solutions.
Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and managing a full sales cycle.
While we are based in Irvine, CA, we support remote work for both local and out-of-state employees. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the motorsports or automotive industry is preferred.
Strong business acumen and the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive sales strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to advocating for clients and creating unique media opportunities.
