Attorney - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of real estate and commercial litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues on complex litigation matters.
Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active member of the California State Bar (in good standing).
5+ years of experience in real estate and commercial litigation (preferred).
Trial experience or significant courtroom exposure is highly valued.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
A portable book of business is a plus but not required.
