AI Integration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The AI Integration Specialist will help improve productivity, content development, publishing, project management, file organization, and digital operations. Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI-assisted workflows for content creation, editing, summarization, research, repurposing, organization, and publishing.
- Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools to accelerate content development, project planning, and operational efficiency.
- Turn raw ideas, transcripts, notes, outlines, documents, and conversations into organized drafts, usable assets, and repeatable processes.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, automation platforms, software systems, and digital tools that improve productivity and knowledge management.
- Support integration across tools such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, AI platforms, project management software, content libraries, and digital publishing systems.
- Train team members on AI tools, workflow best practices, process documentation, and practical technology adoption.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Develop practical AI workflows for content, publishing, research, summarization, and project support.
- Create prompt libraries, workflow templates, documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement digital tools that improve productivity and reduce manual work.
- Train non-technical team members on AI tools, digital systems, and repeatable technology processes.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology integration, AI tools, software workflows, digital operations, content systems, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply it to practical business, publishing, ministry, or operational needs.
- Strong digital fluency across multiple software platforms and online collaboration tools.
- Experience designing workflows, documenting processes, and helping teams adopt new systems.
- Comfort using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, digital file systems, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong written communication, organization, problem-solving, and training skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
- Comfortable working in a Christian ministry environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI prompting, prompt engineering, automation, knowledge management, or systems implementation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Canva, WordPress, Kajabi, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
- Experience in publishing, curriculum, marketing, ministry, nonprofit, media, digital products, or content development.
- Experience building SOPs, internal systems, dashboards, templates, workflow documentation, or resource libraries.
- Experience helping teams adopt new technology and translate technical concepts into simple, usable instructions.
- Familiarity with content repurposing, digital publishing, online learning, church platforms, or subscription content libraries.
