Service company is adding to their team!
Administrative and Operational Support needed in-office for a friendly, personable individual with excellent oral and written communication. The job is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. IT DOES NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO BE HYBRID, AND YOU WILL NEED TO WORK IN THE OFFICE. This position is a temporary-to-hire.
Mange a high volume of incoming and outgoing phones calls in professional manner with a sense of urgency. Schedule jobs, coordinate calendars, assist with multiple active projects, communicate with internal staff, technicians, vendors, etc. Assist visitors, receive deliveries, process physical and digital paperwork, and manage office correspondence.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers, communicate confidently, and be solution-oriented. Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed. The position needs someone proactive with the ability to multi-task and change direction/priorities easily. It is a very fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to think on your feet.
MS Office competency with the ability to learn their custom software and use technology.
**Bilingual or conversational Spanish
**1 year or more experience in a customer-focused service front desk role with at least a year of MS Office software use
**Stable work experience in a customer service-related role with in-person contact
**Company has a nice benefits plan
$22-$26/hr. DOE
