We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
As a Lead Product Manager for PayPal’s One Identity Platform, you will be responsible for driving the unification and convergence of identity solutions across PayPal Inc. and its subsidiaries. This role will focus on standardizing identity profiles and authentication experiences across all products and channels to ensure a seamless, secure, and consistent customer experience. You will lead large-scale platform migrations, facilitate collaboration across business units, and drive the successful execution of identity transformation initiatives.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Identity Strategy: Advocate for intuitive, secure, and frictionless user experiences while balancing business needs and risk considerations.
Identity Platform Migration & Unification: Define and execute a strategic roadmap to converge identity systems across all PayPal subsidiaries, ensuring a single customer profile with consistent experiences.
Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Work with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to align identity strategies and execute large-scale platform migration efforts.
Stakeholder Influence & Leadership Alignment: Partner with PayPal leadership teams and subsidiaries to drive alignment, secure buy-in, and manage cross-organizational dependencies for identity transformation initiatives.
Scalability & Standardization: Develop and implement identity frameworks that support global scalability, compliance, and interoperability across multiple PayPal products.
Transformation Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of platform unification projects, ensuring seamless transitions, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years in product management, with a strong background in Identity, Authentication, Risk, or Security domains.
Transformation Leadership: Proven experience managing end-to-end large-scale transformation programs, including platform migrations and system unifications.
Cross-Functional Influence: Strong ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic alignment across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
Technical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of identity platforms, authentication technologies, risk management, and customer identity lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, fintech, or payments industry.
Knowledge of identity federation, SSO, and adaptive authentication.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
