Advanced CNC Programmer – Precision Components in Aerospace & Defense

As an Advanced CNC Programmer , you will take charge in programming Citizen and Tsugami machines to deliver precise and consistent high-demand components. Additionally, you will extend your expertise to mill and mill-turn apparatus when necessary.

Your Role:

• Program Swiss Screw, Mill, and Mill-Turn systems
• Derive accurate G-code from CAD models and schematics
• Choose correct tooling and optimal process speeds and feeds
• Optimize and innovate performance capabilities
• Prepare extensive set up and machining guides
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operation success

Desired Qualifications:

• Diploma, GED, or trade certification required
• 5 or more years in Swiss machine programming (practical knowledge of Esprit or similar software is a must)
• Proficient in utilizing G-code
• Competent in interpreting CAD files and blueprints
• Meticulous attention-to-detail and independent work capability
