Line Cook – Jack London Saloon
The Jack London Saloon is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing great food, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a busy kitchen
- Has experience with fry, grill, sauté, and salad/pantry stations
- Is dependable, reliable, and works well with others
- Can read and understand English
- Cares about food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items
- Working different stations as needed
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Following food safety and sanitation practices
- Helping create a great dining experience for our guests
