Budget Analyst-onsite role
Established and growing Property Management firm in Walnut Creek is seeking a Budget Analyst to join their team. This is 100% onsite in Walnut Creek, CA. $85,000 - $90,000K/ DOE. Netsuite is highly desired! NO REMOTE OPTION! Must be local TO WALNUT CREEK, CA!
Qualified Candidates will have the following:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Econ or similar with 3+ years of experience required!
- Property Management, Construction or Real-Estate industry needed
- Should have Advanced Excel, NetSuite required!
- Must have budgeting, variance Analysis, forecasting, modeling
- 100% onsite in Walnut Creek, CA -no remote option!!
- $85,000 - $90,000, DOE
