Job Description:

Escuela Popular is building a candidate pool for anticipated instructional and/or staff openings for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Specific positions will be determined based on student enrollment, program needs, staffing allocations, and budget approval.

We are a Charter school serving students in grades K–12 across California. Our school is committed to providing high-quality, standards-aligned instruction in a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and social-emotional growth.

In compliance with California pay transparency requirements, you can expect a salary range between $62,000 and $90,000 for roles filled through this posting, depending on the position level, required qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and will reflect the approved budget, candidate experience, and specific job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid California teaching credential or appropriate authorization (for certificated roles)
• Compliance with California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) requirements
• TB clearance and fingerprint/background clearance
• Eligibility to work in the United States
