- Strong communication skills across email, phone, text, and in-person interactions
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- A self-starter who takes ownership and demonstrates personal accountability
- High level of professionalism with a positive attitude
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance in the automotive industry
