Key Responsibilities

- Answer multi-line phone calls and route calls to the appropriate team members.
- Greet visitors, provide assistance, and maintain a professional front office atmosphere.
- Handle clerical tasks, administrative projects, and general office support duties.
- Sort and distribute daily mail accurately and efficiently.
- Stock office, break room, and kitchen supplies to support daily operations.
- Order office supplies and help maintain an organized, well-functioning workspace.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: Part-time.
- Location: Napa, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Support daily administrative operations, clerical tasks, mail distribution, and office organization.
- Maintain office, break room, and kitchen supply inventory.
- Provide professional communication and support to visitors, callers, and internal teams.

- 3 to 5 years of administrative, receptionist, front desk, or office support experience.
- Experience answering multi-line phones and routing calls professionally.
- Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished, welcoming, and professional front office presence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete clerical tasks accurately.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Comfortable supporting general office operations in a real estate, property management, or professional services setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in real estate, property management, leasing office, or professional office environment.
- Experience ordering office supplies and maintaining shared office spaces.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment, phone systems, email, and common administrative software.
