Contador(a)
- Registrar, analizar y controlar las operaciones contables de la empresa.
- Elaborar estados financieros mensuales y anuales conforme a normativa vigente.
- Preparar y presentar declaraciones tributarias (IVA, RC-IVA, IT, IUE, ICE, retenciones y bancarización), asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos legales.
- Analizar y gestionar cuentas por cobrar y por pagar.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias periódicas.
- Implementar y mantener políticas contables alineadas a Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF).
- Brindar soporte en auditorías internas y externas.
- Proponer mejoras a los procesos contables y de control interno.
- Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Auditoría, Finanzas o carreras afines.
- Deseable especialización o diplomado en NIIF y/o tributación.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares, preferentemente en empresas comerciales o de consumo masivo.
- Experiencia en manejo de sistemas contables (Sistema Administrativo Integrado – SAI) y ERP.
- Normativa contable y tributaria boliviana vigente.
- Elaboración e interpretación de estados financieros.
- Manejo de Excel y software contable.
- Conocimientos en control interno y auditoría.
- Capacidad de análisis y criterio financiero.
- Organización y planificación.
- Ética profesional y confidencialidad.
- Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
- Atención al detalle.
