Marketing Graphic Designer II

: Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Marketing Graphic Designer II based in our Irvine, CA* location. This position is primarily responsible for the creation of content and elements for in-house and customer facing materials. This can include the opportunity to contribute to the design of commemorative and historical materials, merchandise, and apparel. This role will also assist with developing and versioning branding materials for internal events, and crafting/developing a visual voice for all In-N-Out Burger social media channels and its charitable foundations. The Marketing team at In-N-Out Burger works on a wide variety of projects with an emphasis on offering creative and personal development opportunities; encouraging each team member to continually grow their knowledge and skill set. • This position is full-time, in-office only.

General Responsibilities

• Timely completion and delivery of creative for projects underway and smaller creative solutions from start-to-finish. This includes but is not limited to social media, smaller brand signage and elements, event collateral, digital banners/pop ups/content, and interdepartmental creative support
• Editing existing creative to fit current direction; includes versioning for multifaceted projects
• Image and photo editing including but not limited to retouching/clean up, post editing, and manipulation based on predetermined direction of project stakeholders or other designers
• Collaborating with other designers and creative team members to produce final project elements or deliverables, including creative reviews/critiques
• Collaborating and consulting with other company departments to advise on creatives

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Department needs may call for occasional overtime

• Pay Range is $29.50-$32.75 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Graphic Design and Marketing experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Some college preferred (Marketing and or Graphic Design courses a plus)
• Proficient in web based graphics including formatting, optimization, and on screen considerations
• Understanding of typography, layout, color and graphic design principles
• Understanding/working knowledge of the printing process and paper
• Ability to take projects from concept development to production
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Adobe creative suite - photoshop, illustrator, InDesign experience required
• Motion graphics software is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Computer literacy in both word processing and spreadsheet functions
• Strong customer service skills
• For Store associates:
• Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger
• Minimum Level 3
• No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
