Project/Program Mgmt Specialist 3

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Create detailed work plans and maintain up-to-date project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
• Track progress against milestones and timelines, and monitor budget usage and burn rates.
• Ensure project plans are current and accurately reflect project status.
• Prepare and present management reports on project status and outcomes.
• Establish and adhere to project quality requirements in line with established methods and standards.
• Maintain all active project plans within project portfolio management software.
• Support our associates in adopting and using project management technologies.
• Ensure consistent execution and tracking of projects across the organization.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2–3 years of project management experience .
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Prior experience working in a shared services or BPO organization is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects.

Skills & Certifications

• Strong understanding of business operations and project dynamics.
• Proficient in using project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Project Server, or similar PPM software).
• Agile mindset with adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• No project management certification required.
• Must be able to work remotely and independently.
• Mastery in communication and working with various stakeholder groups and skill sets.
