Encargado de Campamento
- Adm. de Empresas, Hotelería, Gastronomía o carreras afines.
- Capacitación en FSSC 22000, Gestión de Residuos Sólidos, Defensa Alimentaria y Buenas Prácticas de Higiene.
- Manejo de Office y Excel.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
- Gestión operativa de campamentos y servicios de catering.
- Control presupuestario, administración de inventarios y logística.
- Planificación de menús y supervisión de servicios de alimentación.
- Cumplimiento de normativas de higiene, seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad.
- Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios y gestión de personal.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos exigentes y disponibilidad para viajes.
- Supervisar la operación integral del campamento y catering.
- Liderar al personal.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de calidad, higiene y seguridad.
- Administrar recursos, presupuestos e inventarios, atender requerimientos de clientes, resolver incidencias operativas y gestionar situaciones de emergencia garantizando la continuidad del servicio.
