We are looking for front desk team members to join Harklinikken, Beverly Hills!

We are a haircare company from Copenhagen specializing in customized products, hair thinning, scalp health, and botanically based ingredients. Your empathy and understanding of our clients are vital to achieving success as a hair specialist. You explain, motivate, and support our clients through their Harklinikken journey.

You are a professional by attitude towards any client and act as a role model, helping your colleagues understand and work in correspondence with the guidelines of Harklinikken. You deliver high quality in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

• Correspondence with care — answering incoming phone calls and emails and being an inspiring Hair Hero to all our clients!
• Expert recommendations — provide accurate and helpful information about the Harklinikken hair care collection and confidently recommend the right products to clients.
• Everyday efficiency — updating calendars, confirming appointments, scheduling client appointments and meetings to ensure our clinics run smoothly.
• Building strong relationships — with our clients and within the Harklinikken community around the world.

Skills

• Proven work experience: min. 2-3 years in the beauty, customer service, retail, or health industry
• Education min. High school degree; additional certification is a plus
• Extremely motivated to give the best service to each client
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce a plus
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Focus on client relations
• Ability to take initiative
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Language: native & English oral and written
