Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
• Evaluate and treat a varied caseload of patients requiring rehabilitative care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and progress
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings
• Familiarity with a diverse patient caseload in a rehabilitation hospital environment
