Branch Manager

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for commercial landscaping and a drive to grow teams and deliver outstanding results? Our family-owned company, Stay Green, a trusted name in Southern California for two generations, is seeking a Branch Manager to help shape our future and strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities
· Champion strategic thinking and execute on company-wide goals and project initiatives. Responsibility for the branch’s P&Ls, developing branch budget and marketing plans.
· Uphold and promote all standards of safety as described in Stay Greens policies and OSHA regulations. Immediate reporting of any employee injuries or liability incidents.
· BM is responsible for the development of business within the branch market area and the management of the client facing and production teams, as well as team member engagement, growth and development.
· Monitoring and holding all team members accountability for their duties and responsibilities and acceptable Stay Green performance levels include wearing appropriate uniforms and PPEs for job functions and ensuring personal hygiene, keeping trucks, yards, and other work areas in good order.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of direct reports, fostering a proactive, results-oriented culture, always representing Stay Green and their local Branch positively and professionally.
· Always maintains organizational and team member confidentiality.
· Partner with support and field services roles to drive branch success and client satisfaction. Requests from other departments are responded to in a friendly and positive manner within 24 hours unless it is possible to complete the same day.
· Ability to demonstrate and verbalize strategic thinking ideas and execute on company-wide goals and project initiatives. Responsibility for the branch’s P&Ls, developing branch budget and marketing plans in partnership with both internal and external business partners.
· Utilize, monitor, and teach internal systems and processes, ensuring adherence and utilization to provide data and performance insights.
· Make decisions grounded in facts, data, and measurable outcomes.
· Effectively manage a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
· Host, facilitate, and attend weekly operations meetings and client events as needed.
· Maintain exceptional follow-up, attention to detail, integrity, diligence, and conscientiousness at all times.
· Responsible for fleet, equipment and inventory management, including invoice reconciliation.
· Uphold company standards while driving operational excellence and growth.
