Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (2016+ preferred)
Performance tuning, including:
Query optimization
Indexing strategies
Execution plan analysis
Backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies
High Availability / Disaster Recovery, including:
Always On Availability Groups
Failover Clustering
Replication
Database security, including:
Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
Data encryption
Access control
Compliance standards
Strong experience troubleshooting production issues
Experience with Azure
Exposure to Power BI
Experience with SSIS
