IST Technician- Mobility

Overview

Serve as a liaison between customers, the Information Systems and Technology (IST) division, and Corporate in this vital position maintaining mobile device deployment, maintenance and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for the IST Division's mobile device deployments
• Create Purchase Orders and work with telecom vendors during the procurement process
• Work closely with colleagues to determine eligibility for mobile device programs
• Maintain an in-house inventory of mobile devices available for deployment
• Participate in IT Asset Management by ensuring all devices are properly assigned
• Assist colleagues with device setup, application installation and perform minor troubleshooting where necessary

Requirements

• 1 + years of relevant experience
• Superior customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with IT equipment lifecycle including procurement, deployment and retirement
• Possess independent problem solving and self-direction skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High School diploma or equivalent

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with SAP
