Senior Product Manager - Remote - WFH -

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative products and features for our legal practice management software. As a key player in our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by working with legal professionals and driving the creation of solutions that enhance their practice. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and roadmap.
- Deeply understand the challenges of the legal industry and translate that knowledge into actionable solutions for customers.
- Work closely with both customers and internal teams to create holistic solutions beyond just software.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth, especially in user adoption.
- Maintain and prioritize a product backlog to ensure product features are aligned with customer demands.
- Ensure timely and high-quality product releases by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Gather valuable feedback through user testing to drive continuous product improvement.
- Track product performance metrics and suggest optimizations based on data.
- Support our sales and customer success teams by creating training and documentation that highlight the product's benefits.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B product management.
- In-depth understanding of modern finance and accounting processes, including general accounting standards, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury management.
- Experience in the legal industry, with a deep understanding of the legal business processes, is strongly preferred.
- A track record of solving customer problems with a focus on their needs and feedback.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Compensation:

- Base salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 (actual pay may vary depending on qualifications, location, and business needs).
- Additional compensation may include bonuses and commissions, based on company performance and individual achievements.
