Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vacation planning and travel research
- Coordinate cruise, resort, hotel, and vacation package bookings
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions
- Build and maintain client relationships
