Position Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work directly with policyholders, prospects, and agency partners by providing exceptional customer support, policy servicing, and insurance-related assistance.

You’ll assist customers with policy questions, service requests, coverage information, documentation needs, and account maintenance while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer care.

Recruitment efforts are currently focused on our Knoxville and Westlake Village offices, with authorization to expand recruitment nationwide if local hiring efforts do not produce qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct phone consultations with policyholders and prospective clients

• Assist customers with policy servicing, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and account updates

• Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally

• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up consistently on customer requests and service-related matters

• Track customer interactions, service activities, and account information accurately

• Coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and clients to ensure timely resolution of service requests

• Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Property & Casualty License required

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Professional phone presence with clear communication and no significant accent barriers

• Ability to work a 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time schedule

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-discipline and ability to work independently

• Positive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Customer-focused attitude with a strong work ethic

• Previous insurance agency customer service experience is a plus

Additional Hiring Initiatives

In addition to Customer Service Representative hiring, Archer Insurance Agency is also actively seeking experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Representatives.

Qualified commercial candidates should possess:

• Minimum of two years of commercial insurance experience

• Preference given to candidates with building insurance experience

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills

Recruitment efforts for commercial sales representatives are also primarily focused on Knoxville and Westlake Village, with nationwide recruitment authorized if local hiring efforts are unsuccessful.
