Shift Leader
Woon is homestyle Chinese restaurant located in Historic Filipinotown. We are a high volume restaurant with a small team that wears a lot of hats and works together to get things done!
We are looking for Front of House Staff Lead to ensure Woon’s guests are having an enjoyable dining experience by providing QUALITY customer service while performing their tasks at hand. FOH train and rotate register and floor positions We are looking for full-time availability. Friday - Sunday availability is a MUST! Health benefits are only available for full-time employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Job Responsibilities as FOH Lead:Responsible for all FOH operations and maintaining FOH standards i.e. cleanliness, ordering, walk in organization, service standards,
Cleanliness / Ordering
Maintaining cleaning list and deep cleaning list for entire FOH
Enforcing the cleaning protocols - checking off all items
Ordering / sending final orders
Ensuring all stations are ready for service
Maintain side work list
Overseeing and/or training staff during service
Maintaining service standards
Expediting when needed
Making sure inventory levels are accurate
Handling guest questions and concerns throughout service
Responsible for closing the restaurant nightly in a timely manner
Responsible for locking up/ arming if needed
